Why Johnson County Homeowners Call Us
The county's northeast corner, Prairie Village, Mission, Merriam, Roeland Park, Fairway and the older streets of Overland Park north of I-435, is 1950s and 60s ranches and Cape Cods, many still on galvanized supply lines, cast iron drains and clay tile laterals. South of I-435 in Leawood, Overland Park and Lenexa the homes are newer, with finished basements that rely on sump and ejector pumps. Olathe, Gardner and Spring Hill add new construction every year.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you get to a plumbing problem in Johnson County?
Jobs are scheduled within 24 hours for the same week. Leawood, Prairie Village and Overland Park are minutes from our base in south Kansas City, and Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee and Gardner are a short drive.
Do you replace sewer lines in Johnson County?
Yes. The older streets of Prairie Village, Mission, Merriam and northern Overland Park still drain through 1950s clay tile and cast iron, so we run a camera through the line first, show you the video and give you a written price before anything is dug.
Do I need a permit for sewer line repair in Johnson County?
Yes. Johnson County Wastewater requires a Sewer Repair Permit for a damaged or collapsed service line, the private lateral from your house to the main. Where a permit is needed, it is part of the written price, not something that shows up on the bill.
